直标抗体是在裸抗上偶联了不同的标记物，比如HRP，FITC等。直标抗体在使用步骤上更加简单，减少了二抗的步骤，避免引入二抗带来的非特异。但是直标抗体的放大效应没有使用一抗搭配二抗高。
